The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was decent. the hotel was located near some popular attractions and had good security measures in place. the staff were helpful and polite.

The cleanliness of the hotel was disappointing. the rooms were not properly cleaned and the kitchen facilities were dirty and poorly maintained.

The hotel is conveniently located close to my business area, which is great for early starts. Despite being away from the shops, the area is peaceful and secure. the room was comfortable and clean, with fresh linens. the front office staff were courteous and willing to assist with any enquiries. Breakfast was tasty and filling, with a good variety of options available.

The shower cubicle could benefit from some maintenance to avoid water spillage into the bedroom.

Comfortable blankets for winter, friendly staff, secure parking, great breakfast. The hotel was ideal for a brief stopover.

The Christmas experience was amazing, we had a great time with our family. The staff was friendly and helpful which made the Christmas spirit even greater. We enjoyed the free Wi-Fi that was provided which helped us in our work. The location of the hotel was perfect with easy access to nearby shopping centres and tourist attractions. The breakfast buffet was delicious and catered to our dietary requirements which was greatly appreciated.

The manageress was friendly and accommodating. Cozy blankets in the rooms. Amazing breakfast. Friendly staff.

I recently had a pleasant stay at a hotel in Windhoek. the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Secondly, the hotel offered great value for money, with affordable prices and basic amenities that met my needs. Lastly, the location was perfect for my business trip, being away from the hustle and bustle of the shops, but still conveniently close to my desired area. I was impressed with the attention to detail and comfortable rooms with unwashed sheets and a comfortable bed.

There was one aspect that could be improved upon.
